Ingredients
- 3 cups Pasta Sauce Clasico Spicy Tomato and Pesto
- 16 ounce 2% Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Grated
- 9 Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
- 8 ounce Mozzarella Cheese We prefer PepperJack Cheese
- 4 cups Vegetables We use: Spinach, carrots, zucchini, and mushrooms.
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray a 11 x 8 glass casserole dish.
- In a bowl combine cottage and parmesan cheeses.
- Make three awesome layers of: 3 uncooked noodles, 1 cup pasta sauce, 1/3 cheese mixture, 1/3 vegetables, and 1/3 mozzarella (or pepperjack!).
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake one hour.
- ENJOY!!
